people who are fat know their own size, telling them that they're fat will not really help
...just my opinion.
of course there are people who are motivated by endless fat comments.
but i think most of the time, you know it when you fit a bit tighter in your pants, so taking in hurtful comments will only ruin a person's self esteem

i don't believe that any girl, no matter how skinny or curvy or fat or flat, will take a "fat" comment impersonally. note to the boys: please never make such a comment unless you are willing to help in the self-image-healing process!
