sometimes i dont want to blog for the rest of my life.
sometimes i do, like now.


yesterday i went to women's small group, and like last time, there were only 4 people, instead of studying the book of Esther, we had a sharing... i was just amazed by the presence of a room of 3 women's of God (um..women). just sitting there hearing them share about their past week, their desires to be close to God and their hearts for Him brought tears to my heart. imagine hears dripping down a bloody heart, yeah like that. no just kidding. but my heart was racing so fast, i was so excited and encouraged by them, i got God shivers. hehe.
When it was my turn to share, all i could think of was Pneumatos. I remember in my OAC year when i had such a hard time deciding which programme to go to..i got accepted to 10/11 programmes of which i applied to (yes i applied to 11..what a loser schmoooser, and yes, Praise the Lord :D), i wanted to go to somewhere out town. Yet situations and family circumstances did not allow me to go...i remember all the tears i shed (oh queenie do you remember? luv you), all the "complaining" prayers i prayed, all the "locking" myself inside my room for hours...i knew God put me in town for a reason yet i just didn't know what it was. Looking back, and sharing to the 3 W.O.G's (women of God) a term coined by Cora..right?), i know now why i am here, in town, in markham. and it is for Pneumatos.
I love pneumatos. Although sometimes there can be negativism, i still love it. When i think about pneumatos, i think about all the people...i shared with the 3 wog's about how each and every member of pneumie are SO unique, SO beautiful, SOOOOO wonderful..they make pneumatos extra special. I really can't thank God enough for this wonderful fellowship. It's really changed my life- spiritually and emotionally.

and then i think about my friends at school- steph and b only. hehe. but...i love them so much..our weekly "splurge" on nice meals ($5.99 sushi COMBO)..they are the ones that keep me sane in school...and fat. HAHAHA.

something else that happened yesterday was about Ricky. i am so thankful for such a great brother in Christ. He has so much heart for God and i can't thank God enough for Him. He was sharing about how much he wanted to seek the Lord...oh man, i am SO blown away by his dedication, his heart, and his sincerity. omg.

...the "study group"..what do we do when we study? we talk about piss on our faces, piss when we laugh...the countless "hoooooooooooooooooo's" and the serious times when we ACTUALLY study..or serious times when we really TALK talk about serious things...and of course, how can we forget the coffee smell that just wouldn't depart from our sexy bodies. and sexy clothes.

and then i think about the friends from out of town...cora..tiff...joyce...the softball prayer meetings that had transformed my life and gave me hope in TRUE fellowship
queenie...peggy...serly...melody...lydia..jess ip...sindy...i miss you guys so much

the late night phone chats with silas..
the wednesday study times with eudora
the incessant chats and ho's and encouragements and complaints and text msging with tim

...there's so much more. Lord i thank you for all the people you put in my life...

Sometimes i feel discouraged and feel burned out, but when i think about my purpose here, my family, my friends- these are the things that God put in my life to lift me up when i feel down.

what else can i do but worship?
