avocado

Yesterday, in celebration of mr. Sam Hsieh's return, we went to baton rouge for lunch.

I ordered an avocado sandwich
Inside this scrumptious sandwich was:
1. One delicately sliced swiss cheese (MY FAVOURITE CHEESE IN THE WORLD)
2. Two slices of fresh tomatoes.
3. Many huge chunks of soft, creamy avocado
4. All of the above encrusted between a nice hamburger bun

I just. LOOOVE avocado

So, today, after class, i drove to No Frills, and bought some avocado.
By the way, i just loove grocery shopping on my own, i feel so mature and healthy when i do grocery shopping, on my own. (except when i go to the grocery store to buy snacks haha)
When i walked to the avocado section, i realized that i didn't know how to pick avocado.
So i turned to the lady next to me, "excuse me, how do you know what's a 'good' avocado?"
The lady said, "just pick the soft ones"
Unfortunately, all the avocadoes were hard as rock, i felt like i was picking up little pebbles from the pile.
Oh well, i bought two avocadoes, now i am waiting for them anxiously to ripen.

GOOOOOO avocado.

Now i'm SOO excited to eat it, i love avocado. I LOVE AVOCADO!!!!!!
