jackpot?

Yesterday while i was just chilling in genuine's room, there was a phone call. He answered the phone, and it was looking for my dad, from a place called "GO services" or something.
My dad answered it and was surprised to find out that he won this contest for either $10,000, a mercedes jeep, or this vacation to somewhere for two.
Brother and I were listeningf or the whole time and we were tribal dancing around our dad going "WOOHOO!" And we were like "hm...i want the car" and my dad kept on going "it's better to have cash because we can go back to hong kong! Such a blessing from God!"
and nonetheless we were really happy...But we were like "oh let's just imagine we didn't win anything yet because if it's just stupid then we won't be too sad"
Dad talked with the person for more than half an hour because she was teaching him how to get to their place....my dad had to go through this other procedure of drawing out random keys and if he did pick the right key THEN he could win the car or something.
Anyway to make the long story short, they rushed to etobicoke...
Brother and I were SOOOO anxious and kept on imagining all the possibilities of having another car at home. OH THE JOY WE SHARED.
Yeah so...i guess the joy and excitement was quite short lived, because a few hours later, parents called back and said it was all just a SCAM.
stupid people got us to go all the way to etobicoke to listen to a two hour presentation about their company and gave us this vacation pack that only included accomodation, that means that we have to travel and buy stuff there on our own.
STUPID. STUPID STUPID STUPID.. STUPID SCAM STUPID. STUPID made us make believe that we were going to have a mercedes trip or win some dream vacation.
UGH.
